Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Universal Consulting Group believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our customer service team within 1-2 days of receiving the product.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 1-2 days to the customer.

Shipping Policy

For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.

Orders are shipped within 16-30 days from the date of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

The Universal Consulting Group is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. We only guarantee handing over the shipment to the courier company within the specified time.
